4. System control of 512V 100Ah battery
4.1 Battery management system requirements
4.1.1 Battery management system function
(1) Single battery voltage detection;
Using special voltage measuring chip, including high precision A/D conversion module.Accurately and timely monitor the
status and changes of the battery during use.Effective to prevent improper use of the battery.
(2) Battery temperature detection;
NTC temperature detection scheme, with fault detection ability of broken wire and short circuit.
(3) Balanced management;
BMS can trigger passive equalization under certain conditions according to the capacity of individual cells in the battery
(4) Battery working current detection;
A 300A hall sensor current acquisition scheme is adopted.
(5) Insulation resistance detection;
The standards and recommendations are shown in the following table:

(6) Estimation of battery SOC;
The hall sensor is used to sample the current, complete current measurement and SOC estimation, and conduct fault

BMS has the self-diagnosis function of the system. After the system is powered on, it will test the voltage, temperature,
communication, clock, storage, internal communication and other components. Meanwhile, it will judge and alarm the
battery failures such as over voltage, under voltage, over current, over temperature, SOC too low/high and consistency
according to the information provided by party a.
(8) Monitor communications;
BMS USES high-speed CAN communication to report the battery status timely and reliably, effectively preventing battery
