32650 Battery Pack 4S6P , 12.8v 36Ah li ion LiFePO4 batteries with SMBus communication
1. Instruction of 12.8V 36Ah li ion battery pack
The 12.8V 36Ah lithium iron phosphate battery is using cylindrical 32650 battery cell and 4s6p assembled with protection circuit and ABS plastic case. The batteries are supplied with a LiFePO4 Battery Management System (BMS)that can monitor and optimized each single prismatic cell during battery charge & discharge, to prevent the 25.6V 6Ah battery pack from overcharge, over discharge, short circuit and over current. The protection circuit helps to ensure safe and accurate running of the lithium battery pack.
This battery is customized with SMBus communication protocol, through which the customer can read the battery information in real time, such as battery capacity, battery voltage, temperature, SOC, SOH, battery current, etc.

3. Test conditions of Vibration
A full-charged cell is to be subjected to simple harmonic motion with amplitude of 0.8mm total maximum excursion. The frequency is to be varied at the rate of 1 hertz per minute between 10 and 55 hertz. After the test is completed, And the cell returned to the starting position. The cell shall be vibrated for 90~100 minutes per axis of XYZ axes. The samples should be observed for 6 hours after the test,and also check the weight loss of cells before and after the test.
