1. Instruction of 48v 250Ah UPS battery

The 12kwh ESS Lithium iron Phosphate battery pack, is using prismatic high safety LiFePO4 battery cell, with 250Ah capacity, to provide 12kW emergency backup power. The battery pack is widely used in UPS and solar energy storage system, to ensure nomal supply of electric power in case the AC fail. The battery modules are installed in standard 19”cabinets and work with on grid/off grid hybrid inverter. There are 5pcs of 48v 50Ah battery modules connected in parallel.

2. Product circuit principle of 12kWh UPS battery pack
12KW Product management system is made up of 5 independent unit BMS.

Unit BMS refers to the built-in within 48v battery module, used for acquisition of monomer battery parameters, such as monomer voltage, total voltage, charge/discharge current, capacity, battery temperature etc, used for battery charging and discharging process management, and effective protection and alarm function of the circuit system (protection and alarm functions), by collecting and protection circuit, electrical and communication interface and thermal management devices and so on.

Long time storage:

If the battery need be stored for a long time, the voltage should be at 50%SOC, and stored in the condition as storage proposal. It needs at least one charge & discharge cycle every six months.
